With 5+ years of experience, I specialize in API integrations and client implementations — helping clients across North America, EMEA, and India move from onboarding to full adoption without unnecessary friction. I focus on solving the right problems at the right time: improving adoption, unblocking technical challenges, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between teams.

I bring hands-on experience in Account Management, Customer Support, Data Analytics, and Project Management, allowing me to balance client relationships with technical execution throughout the full project lifecycle. Working with global clients and cross-functional teams has strengthened my ability to navigate diverse client expectations, communication styles, and stakeholder dynamics.

My core toolkit spans SQL, Tableau, REST APIs, JIRA, and Confluence, but the skill I rely on most is knowing how to listen to a client, identify what’s really broken, and resolve it before it becomes a bigger problem.

I hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Florida (2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from NMIMS University (2017).
